Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately understand and document clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans that encompass targeted intervention strategies and measurable goals tailored to school-aged children and adolescents.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary treatment team, including educators and school psychologists, to maintain an integrated approach for optimal client support.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning for students exhibiting acute mental health challenges.

• Ensure that all documentation is completed accurately and promptly in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups to engage students and foster peer support among participants.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students ranging from elementary to high school age who are experiencing various mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and social or behavioral issues. As part of your role, you will work collaboratively with families to ensure they are involved in the therapeutic process, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
