Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to diagnose and evaluate patients' mental health status. Develop individualized treatment plans that honor cultural diversity and adhere to best practices.

• Provide ongoing evaluation of each patient's progress, adjusting interventions and strategies tailored to support their mental health needs effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and treatment plans using state-of-the-art electronic medical record systems, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational procedures.

• Develop collaborative treatment plans in partnership with patients and their families, addressing unique needs and facilitating desired outcomes.

• Actively collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources, ensuring a seamless continuum of care and establishing strong referral networks.

• Educate and mentor students, interns, and volunteers about best practices in clinical social work, fostering an environment of learning and professional development.

Qualifications\n
