The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility needed to accommodate patient scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to create personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Employ various therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address clients' diverse mental health needs effectively.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our organization's standards, ensuring high-quality documentation of client progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication regarding client progress and any adjustments needed in treatment plans.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continually refine and enhance the quality of care delivered to clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, potential treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their healing process.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the mental health field to enhance your practice and provide the highest standard of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients and their families.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to navigate diverse client situations effectively.

Preferred Experience\n
