Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being.

• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs, using empirical data to guide your decisions.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, which may include individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailored to meet the client’s specific goals.

• Regularly monitor and assess clients’ progress, making adjustments to treatment plans and therapy modalities as required.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation in accordance with established legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive and continuous care.

• Stay informed about the latest therapeutic advances and best practices in mental health treatment.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including supervision sessions and training workshops, to enhance clinical skills.

• Uphold ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by relevant licensing bodies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. You will play an integral part in helping clients navigate their journeys toward improved emotional stability and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) is mandatory.

• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a focus on evidence-based treatment practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience\n
