Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain a trusting and positive rapport with patients, creating a safe space for open dialogue.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance abuse. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will focus on fostering healthy relationships and improving communication patterns among family members, and your expertise in addiction counseling will also be pivotal in supporting clients dealing with co-occurring disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated training or experience in addiction counseling, with a firm understanding of evidence-based practices.

• Exemplary therapeutic and counseling skills with a strong ability to motivate clients towards positive change.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
