Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions, providing personalized support to adults navigating a variety of emotional challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and trauma.

• Utilize comprehensive assessment tools to monitor client progress, including tracking symptom changes and functional improvements, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation using our therapist portal, ensuring thorough notes that support effective treatment and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage with the Therapy Leadership Team to seek guidance and share clinical insights, cultivating a collaborative approach to enhance the quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Our target population includes individuals experiencing severe distress, those in need of crisis intervention, as well as clients who seek routine mental health support. Your work will cater to a diverse clientele, enhancing their overall well-being through personalized care that is culturally sensitive and inclusive.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Independent licensure in your state of residence (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC). Having multiple state licenses is a highly regarded asset.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, with at least one year of independent practice.

• Experience in delivering cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based therapies to treat conditions such as anxiety and depression.
