Work Environment\n

As a remote team member, you will have the opportunity to work from home while connecting with clients and colleagues through virtual platforms. We support a flexible work schedule with core hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, allowing for adaptations to meet patient needs while ensuring effective work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider cultural backgrounds and personal experiences of patients to create tailored treatment plans.

• Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, in individual, family, and group therapy settings.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions aimed at addressing a range of mental health concerns, building resilience, and enhancing the overall well-being of clients.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention support and develop effective strategies to manage mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Ensure thorough documentation of clinical assessments and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency trainings to enhance personal and team development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania.

• A thorough understanding of various mental health disorders and contemporary, evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience providing therapeutic services in a culturally competent manner to diverse populations.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling positive engagement with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant technology to enhance service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
