This is a full-time remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from home while making a significant impact inside the school community. We are available to our clients Monday through Saturday, which allows you to customize and manage your schedule effectively. Our streamlined in-house credentialing and insurance management processes ensure that you can focus on what truly matters – providing exceptional care to your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for students, including initial evaluations and ongoing assessments of families and groups.

• Implement graduate-level clinical interventions tailored to the needs of your clients, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to ensure effective treatment pathways.
\n
• Participate in regular communication with interdisciplinary teams to contribute to collaborative treatment plans. Document findings and updates during patient rounds to facilitate seamless care transitions.

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of and responsiveness to the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of patients, regardless of their age.
\n
• Provide case management for assigned patients, coordinating with local hospitals, community resources, and programs to ensure holistic and comprehensive care.

• Maintain ethical documentation practices consistent with departmental expectations, ensuring timely communication of patient progress and interventions.

• Engage actively in ongoing professional development, participating in training and peer supervision to further enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Radiant Mental Health Associates, we believe in fairly compensating our team members for their expertise and commitment. The salary range for this position is between USD 60,000 and 104,000 annually, based on experience and credentials. Additional benefits include:
