Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring that all care is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Managing a caseload and providing timely interventions, including psychotherapy using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches.

• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams, contributing to a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses the physical, psychological, and social needs of your clients.

• Documenting all patient interactions and clinical assessments in a timely and ethical manner, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Creating and managing your own client schedule, with hours available Monday through Saturday, providing flexibility and autonomy in the work you do.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve adolescents and children within a school setting, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavior challenges. By working closely with students, families, and school staff, you will help facilitate an environment conducive to learning and growth, enabling students to thrive both academically and socially.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
\n
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience relevant to counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in school settings is advantageous but not mandatory. Familiarity with virtual therapy methods and systems would also be beneficial as we leverage technology to enhance our care delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
