Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing our counselors the flexibility to conduct sessions from home while engaging with a supportive team environment. You will primarily work with adults, adolescents, and families, addressing a variety of mental health issues and fostering resilience.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to evaluate clients and diagnose psychological disorders in accordance with evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes a diverse range of individuals experiencing mental health challenges such as major depressive disorder (MDD), anxiety disorders, attention- deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, grief, and more. As a licensed counselor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their journeys toward recovery and resilience, providing them with tailored interventions that cater to their unique situations.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.

• Valid Social Work License in compliance with state regulations, including LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW certifications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
