Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using EHR software to comply with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standard of care is provided.
\n
• Engage clients and their families in meaningful therapeutic conversations to facilitate healing and coping strategies.
\n
• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultations to enhance therapeutic effectiveness and personal development.

• Provide education and resources to clients about mental health issues and coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at our organization, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural backgrounds. You will utilize your expertise to address a wide range of challenges such as trauma, grief, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Your work will have a profound impact on clients' lives, helping them to build confidence and access the tools they need to overcome personal obstacles.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Florida.
\n
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health setting, specifically working with families and individuals.
\n
• Demonstrated respect and sensitivity to the cultural and individual needs of clients.
\n
• Knowledge of and training in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, and EMDR.

• Ability to utilize EHR software and Microsoft Office effectively.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with specialized populations, including trauma survivors, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those experiencing grief and loss.

• Previous experience providing services as an in-network provider on at least one insurance panel.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary to accommodate client schedules.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $105,000, dependent on experience, plus a sign-on bonus.
