Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs using the latest version of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), under the supervision of licensed psychologists.

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling for individuals, couples, families, and groups, including members with mental health and dual disorders.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique situations of clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention and brief therapy, equipping clients with necessary coping strategies and skills to manage stress and challenges.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, offering insights and recommendations to enhance client care and outcomes.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in team meetings and quality management initiatives to continuously improve service delivery and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid LMFT license or a Psy.D. to practice in Florida.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
