Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your specific duties will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans based on those assessments.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic services both individually and in group settings, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care approaches.

• Collaborating closely with other mental health professionals and service providers to implement integrated care strategies that ensure seamless support for clients.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must:

• Hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Possess a Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of establishing rapport and building therapeutic relationships with diverse clients.

• Exhibit an understanding of cultural competence to effectively serve clients from a variety of backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n
