About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Enterprise Sales to drive the growth of its workforce solutions. This pivotal role involves selling a range of offerings, including MSP, VMS, EOR, SOW, and AI technology that integrates with VMS platforms. The successful candidate will be an individual contributor with a focus on the TMT vertical, although vertical experience is not mandatory. Responsibilities include owning complex enterprise sales pursuits, engaging senior decision-makers, and closing strategic, multi-stakeholder deals. The role demands a high level of enterprise sales expertise, particularly in the areas of HR technology, and a proven ability to operate with autonomy and resilience in a quota-driven environment. Applicants for the VP of Enterprise Sales position at the company should have a strong background in full-cycle, complex sales, and a consultative selling mindset. Required skills include the ability to influence senior executives, a strong command of the RFx process, and a demonstrated track record in qualifying opportunities and closing business. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' of full-cycle sales experience within contingent workforce solutions, MSP, or VMS, and a history of success in high-stakes, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles. While not mandatory, experience in selling proprietary workforce technology and AI-enabled solutions is a plus. The role is open to candidates across the U.S. and requires approximately 30-40% travel.
