Outbound Sales Manager: Lead a High-Impact Team

Lightspeed is seeking a Manager, Outbound Sales to lead a growing North American team. You’ll own a defined segment of outbound sales, guiding Account Executives to win new customers across a targeted account base on the West Coast. You’ll hire, coach, and develop reps, align with Sales Ops, Marketing, Enablement, and Product to remove roadblocks and improve the outbound motion.
