Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine the needs of clients and formulate tailored treatment strategies.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that are evidence-based and sensitive to the unique challenges faced by each individual.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and support for trauma recovery.

• Document client progress meticulously in accordance with relevant policies and maintain accurate records to support effective case management.

• Engage in case collaboration with our interdisciplinary team, sharing insights and updates during team meetings and contributing to a cohesive therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse populations dealing with mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Collaborating closely with clients in hospice settings, you will provide empathetic support to those navigating significant life challenges, helping them and their families cope psychologically and emotionally.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social work is required, with a master’s degree or doctoral degree being preferred.

• Proficient assessment and diagnostic skills are essential for effective treatment planning and client care.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing for clear interactions with clients and team members.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, including prioritizing tasks in a remote environment.

• Capable of both independent work and collaborative efforts in a team setting.

• Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and digital communication tools.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy to populations with a history of substance abuse, mental health disorders, and trauma.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in performing telehealth services and navigating remote client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
