Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to understand the client's situation thoroughly.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their personal goals, cultural considerations, and specific needs.

• Deliver effective therapy in various formats, including individual sessions, couples therapy, family sessions, and group therapy, using strategies like CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Provide crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute distress, ensuring effective coordination with other healthcare professionals within our multidisciplinary team.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to help manage their challenges independently.

• Engage in outcomes monitoring to assess the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Stay updated on the latest research, best practices, and developments in the mental health field to improve clinical care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $100,000, reflecting the complexity of the position and the experience of the successful candidate.
