Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and create individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients dealing with complex issues related to trauma, anxiety, and depression, often arising from challenging life events or end-of-life scenarios. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold an active LCSW license in the state of Illinois.
