Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients using secure video conferencing tools, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns.

• Maintain detailed and accurate electronic health records (EHR) of client interactions, treatment progress, and updates on treatment plans, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and provide comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Remote Mental Health Therapist will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families across various demographics. You will encounter clients from unique backgrounds dealing with issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults.

• Familiarity with remote service provision and knowledge of developmental psychology along with evidence-based counseling techniques is necessary.
