The Role
We're hiring a results-driven Business Development Representative to lead cold-calling outreach, acquire high-value clients, and drive revenue growth in the U.S. market. Ideal for a motivated sales professional with a logistics background, strong communication skills, and a consultative approach.
What You'll Do
- Make daily outbound cold calls to prospects in the U.S.
- Run strategic telemarketing campaigns
- Meet and exceed company KPIs
- Identify high-potential prospects and initiate first contact
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers
- Hold credible conversations on shipping, warehousing, and fulfillment
- Lead discovery calls, present tailored solutions, and close deals
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align strategies
- Manage leads and track progress in our CRM
What You Bring
- Based in the USA (required)
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or fulfillment (required)
- Experience in ecommerce
- 2+ years in telemarketing, call center, or cold calling
- Proven success in outbound sales and client acquisition
- Experience negotiating and closing deals
