We handle all logistics—such as referrals, billing, and scheduling—so you can focus entirely on your clients and their needs. Your hours will typically be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing a structured yet flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized teletherapy sessions, addressing the unique mental health needs of each client, and developing specific treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based counseling techniques to effectively treat a variety of conditions, including anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure clients receive comprehensive and integrated care.

• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting treatment plans, session progress, and adjustments to therapy, in compliance with the highest ethical standards.

• Provide resources, coping strategies, and empowerment tools to clients to foster their growth and resilience outside of therapy sessions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
