Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, including establishing rapport and therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, stability, and plan for future sessions, facilitating effective discharge planning as needed.

• Develop, implement, and continually assess person-centered treatment plans, tailoring interventions to individual client needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes that comply with clinic standards and legal requirements for each client.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and suitability for various therapeutic interventions.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions regularly each week and actively participate in supervision for personal and professional growth.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with youth and their families, understanding the unique challenges they face. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
