Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and craft personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services using a variety of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and allied health professionals to ensure clients receive integrated care, addressing both psychological and social factors affecting their well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, employing your clinical expertise and empathy to help them navigate challenging situations.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives, including educational workshops and mental health awareness campaigns, aimed at reducing stigma and promoting well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. Clients may present with a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
