Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients, taking the time to understand their history, challenges, and goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license/certification in California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, specifically working with clients experiencing emotional difficulties.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and trust with clients.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred, enhancing the efficiency of client documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
