In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering integrated mental health services within our outpatient office located in Elizabeth, New Jersey. This position allows for a remote work setting, enabling professionals to balance work-life commitments while being part of a dynamic healthcare team.

As a member of our integrated care team, you will operate in a supportive remote environment while maintaining a strong connection with colleagues and patients. Our remote setup allows flexibility, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs, while maintaining regular office hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide array of tasks that directly impact patient care, including:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, demonstrating a solid educational foundation in mental healthcare.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey, showcasing your qualifications to provide mental health services.

• Proven expertise in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with concurrent medical conditions, strengthening our integrated care capabilities.

• Experience delivering effective integrated care models and a proven track record of collaborating with medical professionals.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with at least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, specifically within integrated care settings. Additional training in trauma-informed care or cognitive behavioral therapies is a plus, further enhancing your capability to support our patient base.

Compensation and Benefits\n
