Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you to provide care through our state-of-the-art telehealth platform. You will engage with clients via secure video conferencing, which enhances accessibility for patients who might otherwise face barriers to receiving mental health services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status to establish individual treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to develop and implement tailored treatment modalities, ensuring client-centered care.

• Facilitate regular one-on-one therapy sessions, where you will guide clients in developing coping strategies and skills to manage their mental health challenges.

• Conduct group therapy workshops aimed at encouraging community support and shared experiences among clients.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers when necessary, providing recommendations for additional services, such as psychiatric evaluations or medication management.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and receive peer support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals dealing with mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients struggling with eating disorders. Your role will involve assessing each client’s unique background and therapeutic needs, ensuring culturally responsive care is at the forefront of all interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW issued by the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in mental health counseling, with a strong emphasis on clinical skills.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.

• Ability to use various therapeutic approaches, including both individual and group settings.

• Proficient in EHR systems and comfortable using technology for teletherapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
