Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, among others.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs of clients, incorporating measurable goals and regular progress assessments.

• Provide ongoing emotional support to clients dealing with conditions such as trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and stress, employing therapeutic techniques that promote coping and resilience.
