Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate symptoms related to mood disorders, documenting the severity, frequency, and duration of these concerns in detailed reports.

• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs, leveraging evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

You will primarily work with individuals suffering from mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrable expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly focusing on mood disorders.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and capacity to work in tandem with psychiatrists on medication management plans.

• Outstanding communication skills and a track record of establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
