PT - Physical Therapist

Outpatient Physical TherapistThis position requires five 8-hour days per week.This is a 3-month contract position starting on November 13th.The Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with the patients' needs, goals, and physician direction. They are responsible for directing discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients and ensuring the design of effective treatment programs that enable a return to community activities.
