Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and treatment goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring accessibility for clients with various challenges.

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to optimize client outcomes.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from adolescents to adults facing various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated commitment to client-centered care and maintaining therapeutic boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to salary, we provide comprehensive benefits including:
