Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients facing mental health challenges, such as individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to specific needs.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings to identify client needs and arrange for comprehensive assessments as necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans that encompass both treatment needs and resource linkage to ensure clients receive holistic care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention when required, ensuring clients are supported in high-stress situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to adhere to organizational requirements and facilitate improved patient outcomes.

• Attend and participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to service delivery improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and USD 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
