Our Operations team handles administrative tasks, so you can concentrate on what you do best: providing exceptional mental health care to your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate inspiring group therapy sessions with a maximum of eight clients, encouraging an atmosphere of healing and support.
\n
• Engage in individual and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to foster positive outcomes.
\n
• Utilize telehealth technology to deliver therapy services efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high standard of client engagement.
\n
• Collaborate with other clinicians in regular case discussions to enhance collective expertise and treatment strategies.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including attending free CEUs provided by our organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults seeking mental health support. These populations often require understanding and specialized approaches to navigate their unique challenges, from trauma recovery to stress management. By building meaningful therapeutic relationships, you will be pivotal in guiding these individuals toward sustainable healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
\n
• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Availability to work between 12 and 40 hours per week, based on whether you choose a contract (1099) or W2 employment structure.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for mental health support.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in working with adolescent and young adult populations is strongly preferred. Familiarity with telehealth practices, evidence-based practices, and experience in group facilitated therapy are beneficial for this position.
