Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through direct clinical interventions, both virtually and in community settings.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments, determining the appropriate level of care and intervention necessary for each client.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans, facilitating access to necessary resources and services for clients and their families.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, ensuring that treatment is aligned with client needs and goals.

• Assist in crisis intervention efforts, employing de-escalation techniques and coordination with emergency services as required.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans while adhering to organizational policies and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in collaborative team meetings focused on improving service delivery and assessing client outcomes.

• Provide on-call support during and after program hours as needed to ensure continuous client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
