The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, follows established laboratory procedures, maintains accurate and timely specimen processing, and works collaboratively with providers and staff to support quality patient care in a fast-paced urology practice.Essential Job FunctionsProcess and report urine cultures accurately and timelyFollow safe work practices and comply with all applicable safety, health, and environmental regulationsMaintain laboratory equipment in proper working orderMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaProtect patient confidentiality and maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulationsPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy1–2 years of previous laboratory experienceAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environmentEducation & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate or bachelor's degree in medical laboratory technology preferredPrevious laboratory experience required
