Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial intake assessments to understand client needs and establish therapeutic goals.

• Providing brief therapy sessions and crisis evaluations, utilizing appropriate phone triage methods to ensure timely intervention.

• Interviewing and evaluating patients to assess their psychosocial, emotional, and developmental needs, and documenting findings accurately in client records.

• Delivering mental health services through individual and family therapy sessions, focusing on crisis intervention for mild to moderate conditions, while appropriately referring clients with severe mental health issues to specialized care.

• Creating and regularly updating treatment plans that align with current standards of practice, effectively tracking client progress.

• Participating in safety programs and being prepared for potential reassignment to emergency response teams as needed.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
