Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide crisis intervention services to patients, including the identification and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in adherence to organizational policies and standards.
\n
• Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including effective discharge strategies based on comprehensive psychosocial evaluations.
\n
• Engage with community resource leaders, representing our organization in meetings and committees to address the social and emotional needs of our patients.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress while adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Provide education on mental health topics to patients and families, fostering awareness and understanding of available resources and coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Mindful Therapy & Wellness, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, families, and older adults, all facing unique challenges related to mental health and relationships. Your role will involve fostering therapeutic relationships that promote healing and support the aspirations of our clients to improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution.
\n
• Active LMFT licensure in the state of California.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to clients and team members.
\n
• Proficient organizational and analytical skills, enabling effective problem-solving in clinical scenarios.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in therapy, particularly in crisis counseling and working with a diverse clientele in an outpatient setting.

• Experience in community mental health or integrated health settings is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
