Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to evaluate mental health needs, history, and personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensing: A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• Experience: A minimum of four years of relevant counseling experience.

• Demonstrated understanding of various mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and best practices in therapeutic environments.

• Competency in delivering both individual and group therapy to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, exhibiting composure and effectiveness in high-pressure situations.

• Proficient in using EHR systems and computer applications necessary for client documentation and communication.

• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A commitment to ethical practice, including confidentiality and maintaining professional boundaries.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
