Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments that utilize evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans for each client.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to foster cohesive care.

• Educating and supporting clients and their families, equipping them with valuable insights into mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. Our patient population consists of individuals who seek help for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and stress management.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license in the state of Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Clinical experience with solution-focused psychotherapy interventions to cater to the unique needs of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
