Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand each client's unique background, mental health history, and presenting issues, thereby guiding the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Engage clients in one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant techniques tailored to address issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Facilitate couples counseling sessions, working towards enhanced communication and conflict resolution to improve relationship dynamics.

• Provide family therapy services to address systemic challenges, promote healthy communication, and support family unity.

• Create and maintain individualized treatment plans that specify objectives, interventions, and expected outcomes, regularly updating them based on client progress.

• Offer immediate support to clients in crisis situations, employing de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention skills as needed.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and other necessary documentation to uphold compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Adhere strictly to professional ethical guidelines, maintaining confidentiality and informed consent throughout the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
