Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, utilizing diagnostic tools and evidence-based methodologies to formulate individual treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse clientele seeking assistance with a variety of mental health challenges. You will work closely with individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties within the framework of a strengths-based perspective, aiming to uplift their mental well-being through personalized care approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's Degree is required; however, a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of clinical experience is required, robust candidates with additional experience in community mental health settings, crisis intervention, and teletherapy modalities will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
