  Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and client history.

Your caseload will include a diverse range of clients, all seeking help with various mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship difficulties and trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

  A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; however, a master's or doctoral degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology is preferred.

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster productive relationships with clients and colleagues.

  Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage your caseload, documentation, and scheduling.
