Key Responsibilities\n

• Create and present a tentative schedule for appointments, home visits, and observations, ensuring organized monitoring of patient advancements.

• Ensure the proper implementation of treatment plans, continually monitoring their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.

• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes that accurately reflect patient developments and treatment outcomes.
