Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and goals.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.

• Respond to clients in crisis by offering immediate crisis intervention and support, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning strategies.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic and integrative care approaches.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, available treatments, and local community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
