Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for patients, utilizing evidence-based assessments to determine their unique needs and capabilities.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals, focusing on mobility enhancement, pain alleviation, and overall physical improvement.
• Provide engaging one-on-one therapy sessions, employing specialized techniques in strength, balance, and functional movement, and ensuring ongoing motivation and support.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans in real-time to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff, other therapists, and family members to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and convey pertinent updates during team meetings.
• Educate patients and their families on proper body mechanics, fall prevention strategies, and therapeutic exercises that can be performed outside of therapy sessions.
• Maintain detailed documentation for each patient, complying with regulatory standards, to track progress and inform ongoing treatment decisions.

As a Physical Therapist at Clinica Recovery LLC, you will primarily work with an adult patient demographic, mostly comprising seniors aged 40 to 65. These individuals may require rehabilitation due to various conditions, including surgery recovery, chronic pain, and age-related decline in physical function. Qualifications

• A current and valid New Jersey Physical Therapist (PT) license is required to practice.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is mandatory; advanced degrees (DPT or MPT) will be considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
