Work Environment

This position is located onsite in our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Newark, NJ. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic conditions to understand their individual needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans utilizing diverse methods such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to manage pain and enhance mobility.
• Document patient progress meticulously and make necessary adjustments to treatment protocols based on ongoing assessments.
• Provide education and guidance to patients, families, and caregivers on effective rehabilitation practices and the use of assistive devices.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and trainings, ensuring that treatment methods are at the forefront of industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to create a cohesive treatment plan that supports the patient's overall health goals.

Qualifications
