Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Back Bay Physical Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, understanding their unique challenges, and assessing their functional needs.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that are rooted in evidence-based practices, continually adapting them based on each patient's progress.
• Regularly reassessing patients to monitor treatment efficacy and progress towards established goals. Adjusting the treatment approach as needed to ensure optimal recovery.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, using our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educating patients and their families about physical therapy processes and empowering them to take an active role in recovery.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational and speech therapists, for patients requiring comprehensive intervention across various therapies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client base, including patients of all ages, from children to seniors, with a wide variety of diagnoses. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A current, unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
• A strong willingness to provide treatments both in-person and through telehealth as appropriate.

Compensation and Benefits
