Work Environment\n

This role operates exclusively in a remote setting, allowing you to create your own productive workspace and maintain flexibility in your schedule. As part of a community health clinic, you will have access to administrative support to manage non-clinical tasks, ensuring that you can dedicate your time entirely to your clients and their therapeutic needs. You will work Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, enjoying a structured work schedule while pursuing satisfying client relationships.

Your work will primarily involve supporting low-acuity clients from diverse backgrounds, each with their unique challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active mental health license in Tennessee (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) must be in good standing.

• At least 2-3 years of clinical experience is necessary, along with demonstrated case management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
