Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health histories, setting the foundation for effective treatment planning.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions via video conferencing, focusing on addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflicts, trauma, and life transitions.

• Work collaboratively with clients to create tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that integrate measurable goals for their personal growth.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies when needed, providing immediate support to clients in distress to safeguard their well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, empowering them with coping strategies and connecting them with necessary community resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment evaluations, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Demonstrate strong cultural competence in dealing with a diverse population, adapting practices to meet various cultural sensitivities and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
