Key Responsibilities\n

• Work closely with the Clinical Director and your peers to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans that guide clients toward their therapeutic goals.

• Maintain meticulous client documentation using our state-of-the-art electronic health record system to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC at Regenerate, you will work with a varied population, including adolescents and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Your expertise will play a crucial role in offering compassionate support and evidence-based care to help clients navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and active Licensing as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience providing therapeutic services to adolescents and adults.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong proficiency in using technology to manage client care and documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
