Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize established therapeutic techniques and interventions to address a range of diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders in individuals and families.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop initial treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions, adapting methods to align with the treatment goals outlined in patients' plans.

• Coordinate additional services when necessary, ensuring comprehensive and continual care for patients.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy services, adhering to both facility and professional standards for record-keeping.

• Manage an assigned caseload effectively, participating in supervision and treatment team meetings to enhance collaborative patient care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
